Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 is a powerful low cost program that provides all the tools in a user friendly interface to create videos that 
engage students, and create active learners. This class will provide hands-on instruction learning how to use a digital video camera, basic editing techniques, video capture, transitions and effects, title design, adding narration and background music, and exporting to DVD and for the web. The class is four days and students will receive a book and access to many video resources.
